Leading up to your special day, we will meet to set goals, outline tasks, and finalize details so you feel excited and assured in your preparations. On the day-of, we’ll manage the event while you celebrate with your guests.

This package is ideal for those who are happy organizing the event, but need help making sense of the details and want a positive and structured process. It offers an economic alternative to the Full Planning package while still guaranteeing significant relief. We eliminate guesswork and equip you with clear direction and day-of coordination.

We recommend booking 4 months or more in advance. Depending on the scale of the event, inquiries less than 3 months in advance may not be accepted, though each inquiry is considered on a case by case basis.
