If you’ve already rolled up your sleeves, this package offers a more hands-on planning experience while providing the professional support you need to feel confident in your event. Leading up to your special day, we will meet to set goals, outline tasks, and finalize details so you feel excited and assured in your preparations. On the day-of, we’ll manage the event while you celebrate with your guests.
You have the planning process under control, but you’ve realized that you can’t manage your event and live it at the same time. With this package, we will meet to discuss logistics and details until you feel confident handing over your special day. Day of, you can count on us to manage vendors, direct the timeline & flow, oversee the technicalities, and quietly put out fires while you celebrate and make memories.

The Process
Reach out to us to schedule your consultation call. Include days/times you would be available to chat in the next week and general details about your event. We’re interested in knowing what kind of event it is, when it will be, and any relevant information regarding your vision for the special day.
On our video call, we’ll get to know each other, define your vision for your event, identify where you are in the process, and discuss which package best fits your needs.
After the call, we will provide a quote and contract for you to sign if you decide we're a good fit for your event. A deposit of 20% is due in order to book your package; the remainder is due a week before the event day.
We will reach out to you to set up virtual meetings as the event date approaches. The number and frequency of meetings will depend on the package you selected.
Day of, we manage logistics and bring your vision to life. We are committed to delivering a smooth event so you and your guests can focus on soaking up the celebration.
